At appsgain technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, website development, and app development services. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before availing of our services.
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Assets
Due to the nature of our business and the digital services we provide, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any services or digital assets under the following conditions:
- Customized digital marketing campaigns.
- Website or app development projects (including partially completed work).
- Digital assets like graphics, designs, or templates created specifically for your business.
Once the service or product has been delivered, no refund request will be entertained.
2. Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, exceptions may be considered under special circumstances, such as:
- Failure to initiate the project within 30 days of payment, provided the delay is entirely caused by appsgain technologies.
- Service cancellations initiated by appsgain technologies before any work has started.
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be issued after careful review and approval by our management.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate requirements, feedback, and all necessary materials to complete the project.
- Reviewing deliverables promptly and communicating concerns or issues during the development process.
